various diameters. The process technology can be divided into 2 types: cold and hot rolling, and the products

Advantages
1. NC full automatic. The production line neither needs workers to contact any materiel during the production
of from the coil start to roll, until the entire volume of materials all completed blanking, nor needs any
adjustment, fundamentally completely eradicate the production safety hidden danger and product quality
problems of the ordinary punch punching.
2. The production line can use roll material directly to product aluminum wafer and do not need the slitting and
crosscutting processing of roll material, thus reduce production processes, production costs, and the

3. The production line make full use of the width of the roll material, using high precision servo motor drive
control system and make the distance of wafer to the edge of material and the spacing of wafer is reduced to
minimum, fundamentally reduce the amount of waste material, so that the utilization rate of raw materials
reached more than 80%.
4. The production speed can reach 40-50 pieces per minute and improve the production efficiency.
5. Due to use the mould design of modular, when convert the production specifications of wafer, the
conversion time can be reduced to less than 15 minutes. The diameter range of the wafer can be produced is
85mm to 750mm.
6. Present uncoiling system, six type leveling machine, high rigid mechanical press, automatic palletizing
system and so on, to ensure the high quality of wafer products.
Production method:

1. blank material cutting (cut into square)
2. blanking (blanking into the wafer you want). If it is roll material, then add an open book in front. The main
equipment of automatic wafer blanking production line processing and
aluminum wafer blanking production line: feeding trolley, uncoiler, leveler, feeding machine, swing unit, special
closed single point mechanical press, quick die change device, stacking unit, scrap shear, hydraulic system
and electric control system etc..
